By using MyOnlyTab (the "Service"), including the web application at myonlytab.com and the browser extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyOnlyTab is a browser-based productivity tool that helps users manage tasks, track focus levels, and reduce distractions. The Service includes a web application and an optional browser extension.

3. User Data

Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not create user accounts or require registration. You are responsible for backing up your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

MyOnlyTab offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions ("Pro"). Free tier features may be limited. Paid subscriptions will be billed as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure.
  • Redistribute or resell the Service without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, design, and code, is the intellectual property of MyOnlyTab. You retain ownership of your task data and configurations.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Focus level estimates and task recommendations are algorithmic suggestions, not professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyOnlyTab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data stored locally on your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
